1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Restrictions, Suspension and Closure

Ab33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

• Accounts suspended pending investigation will not have access to funds until the investigation is concluded
• If account closure is confirmed due to fraud, the account balance may be fully forfeited
• Players whose accounts are closed for violating the terms are not eligible to open a new account

• Ab33 is not liable for delays, disruptions or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures or natural disasters
• Ab33 is not liable for financial losses incurred by players as a result of legitimate game outcomes
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the ab33 platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

Under no circumstances shall ab33's maximum liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, subject to individual case assessment.
